Age-Friendly Pikes Peak Action Plan

In 2024 the City of Colorado Springs became the new home of the Age-Friendly Pikes Peak Action Plan following Innovations in Aging Collaborative’s ending its operations. 

The City’s Housing and Homelessness Response Department hosts the action plan, while championing the Age-Friendly housing strategic focus area.

Report: Aging in Place in the United States and Colorado Springs

Pikes Peak Housing Network partnered with Age-Friendly Colorado Springs to research the complicated issue of senior housing and aging in place. The study was completed in 2024.

Innovations in Aging - Resolutions of Appreciation

The Innovations in Aging Collaborative launched Age Friendly Colorado Springs and Age-Friendly Pikes Peak efforts, building a network of community members, agencies and advocates that work together to make our community livable for people of all ages.
