Overview
This summer, the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department (PRCS) will be working to enhance the existing playground structure in Woodland Hills Park in northeast Colorado Springs. This project will enhance the play experience and improve accessibility for all visitors.
Key features of the renovation include:
- The installation of a more accessible play surface
- ADA improvements, including a new ramp providing access to the play pit
- The addition of an accessible picnic table.
- The installation of a new play structure.
Community Engagement
PRCS will host a neighborhood meeting on Wednesday, May 14 to discuss playground themes. Residents and neighbors are encouraged to attend.
